SL-MTI is committed to helping our employees improve and succeed with a highly trained and educated workforce. There are several ways that this happens.

• SL-MTI has a job posting program which promotes job enrichment and advancement within the company. Selections are made based on skills, merit and years of service. Employees have the opportunity to apply for positions with higher skill and pay as openings become available.
  
• SL-MTI offers tuition reimbursement to employees for career development and job enrichment. This includes tuition for courses in the technical, engineering, and business fields if related to or required for your job.
  
• SL-MTI training courses cover a variety of subjects related to safety, quality, soldering, ESD, continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer focus. Employees then use this training for improving production, safety, and the work environment, which allows us to better serve our customers and shareholders. We also maintain an on-line skills inventory system to ensure that employees are qualified for the job assignments that they are given.
